Croxton Awarded Gold!
Sun 07 Mar 2021We are thrilled to announce that we have achieved GOLD for Leicestershire's Beyond Bullying Award.
We are so pleased to be recognised for our whole-school efforts and achievements in embedding effective anti-bullying practice into our school, ensuring that our pupils are equipped to succeed as happy, respectful and tolerant citizens in society. Through evidence provided across six key areas, we have ensured that diversity, respect and inclusion is evident across all aspects of our school life and beyond.
These 6 key areas include:
- Leadership and Policy Development
- School Culture and Curriculum Planning
- Pupil Voice
- Staff Professional Development
- Partnerships with Parents/Carers/Community
- Behaviour, Rewards and Recognition
Ofsted 2019 summarised our school ethos, saying:
‘School leaders have established a nurturing ethos which underpins the safeguarding arrangements and the pupils contribute to this by the way they look out for and care for one another.’
