Our Eco Team 

Croxton Kerrial’s Eco Team meet regularly to address a variety of environmental themes, ranging from litter and waste to healthy living and biodiversity. 

As a team the children think of ways in which we can all care for the environment and the world around us. In conjunction with the rest of the school and the wider community, it’s the pupils that decide the environmental themes they want to address and how they are going to do it.  The work of the Eco Team can help enhance the curriculum and get the whole school united behind something important.

The Eco Team aim to raise the children’s environmental awareness, improve their school environment and hopefully create financial savings for the school. We encourage pupils of all ages to work together to develop their knowledge and environmental awareness, which as a school we can work on together to help reduce the schools environmental impact. Pupils in the Eco Team are passionate about ways in which the school can make a difference.
